Estate Plans and Medical Insurance

I view estate plans like I do medical insurance. I will happily pay my medical insurance so I never HAVE to use it. I will also keep my personal and business estate plans updated so I never need them. Often estate plans are not made a priority because who wants to talk about what happens when they die on a sunny day. Frequently, personal estate plans are often not discussed until something happens that makes it critical to put an estate plan in place.
