Supreme Court Stays McHenry Injunction, But Smith Ruling Still Blocks CTA Enforcement

The U.S. Supreme Court stays the preliminary injunction in McHenry v. Texas Top Cop Shop, Inc. which allows FinCEN to proceed with enforcement of the CTA. However, the preliminary injunction in the Smith case remains in effect so FinCEN still may not enforce the CTA. The Smith ruling is not before the U.S. Supreme Court at this time.
