Anyone wishing to comment on the FinCEN’s new Interim Final Rule (IFR) issued on March 21, 2025 has until May 27, 2025 to do so. All written comments on the IFR may be submitted to either the Federal E-Rulemaking portal: https://www.regulations.gov or by mail to Policy Division, Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, P.O. Box 39, Vienna, VA 22183. Any written comment submission should referenc Docket Number FINCEN-2025-0001 and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control number 1506-0076 OR by mail.
