AI answers the question it is asked. Attorneys identify red flags even when clients don’t realize there is a problem. The law is rarely black and white. Qualified business law attorneys recognize exceptions, conflicting laws, court decisions, and practical business considerations that AI may overlook. In addition, AI may provide answers that may not be state-specific. It is not a defense to a lawsuit to say “But, AI told me.”
