Estate plans are not one and done
Even if you have an estate plan, you should have it reviewed by both a personal estate planning attorney as well as your qualified business law attorney. Things change and you may not think that they change your plans, but they might. Selling assets, changing addresses, getting married, getting divorced, having kids that become adults, etc., may all change your estate plan so many provisions become obsolete. Take time to review what you have in place to ensure that it still meets your needs and your wishes.
