Thompson Klausner Law Group, P.C. is a law firm dedicated to providing cost-effective and expedient resolutions to disputes and problems. The Thompson Klausner Law Group is proud to provide legal services in most areas of law. We offer services in both the transactional and litigation realms. We view ourselves and our clients as members of a team committed to resolve our clients’ problems or disputes. Our job is to handle all aspects of a transaction or a dispute so the client is free from worry about procedural matters. We are committed to keeping our clients apprised of the status of their case and make a point to communicate with our client about a change in his or her matter as quickly as possible. We copy all correspondence and court documents to clients so that our clients know the status of their case at all times.

In our transactional and business law work, we focus on prevention because we believe that ten minutes with a lawyer when there is a potential problem can save thousands of dollars in litigation expense. Sometimes the difference between a lawsuit and immediate resolution of a dispute is the advice that a client receives from an attorney. We strive to educate our clients so that they are able to determine the times when it would be prudent to speak with an attorney. We handle all types of business matters from formation of a business entity and maintenance of that entity to collections and employment matters. We enjoy long relationships with our business clients and try to keep them out of litigation if at all possible. We also handle some business matters at a flat rate so that attorney’s fees are certain and not an additional stress.

We handle all types of criminal and domestic relations issues. Our focus is to make these matters as painless as possible for our clients. We understand that going through a divorce or being charged with a crime is a stressful experience and we try to keep our clients apprised of their options and the possible outcomes of all scenarios. We want our clients to make educated decisions about their cases and strive to give them the tools to do so. We are available 24 hours a day should an emergency arise. We handle most criminal matters at a flat rate so that attorney’s fees are certain and we will work out payment plans so that payment of attorney’s fees does not cause additional worry to our clients.
